Quality Guarantee
If your order does not meet our standards whether the product is damaged, incorrect, or not up to the quality you expect please contact us within 6 hours of receiving your order.
Due to the nature of fresh meat products, timely reporting is essential.

Resolution Process
Once we receive your request, our team will review it promptly.
All valid claims are assessed and resolved within the same day.
Where applicable, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund to your original payment method within 10 working days
All decisions are handled with fairness and respect the same way we handle our products.
Returns Conditions
Products can only be considered for return or refund if they:
- Arrive damaged,
- Are incorrectly supplied, or
- Do not meet our quality standards
Order Amendments & Cancellations
- Orders can be amended or cancelled before preparation begins
- Once your order is prepared or dispatched, changes are no longer possible

If we do not hear from you within 6 hours, we will consider the order accepted and satisfactory.

Deliveries are handled by Carneus or third-party partners. While we ensure orders are prepared to the highest standards, Carneus is not responsible for delivery-related issues caused by third-party providers after dispatch.
