These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including all orders placed with Carneus.

2. About Carneus

Carneus operates in the United Arab Emirates under:
Firstchoice Food & Beverages Trading CO. L.L.C.

Throughout these Terms:

  • “Carneus”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Carneus brand operated by Firstchoice Food & Beverages Trading CO. L.L.C.
  • “You” and “your” refer to the customer placing an order

3. Orders & Contract

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase products from Carneus under these Terms.

  • Orders can be placed with or without creating an account
  • Confirmation will be sent once your order is accepted and prepared
  • The contract is considered active once confirmation is issued

Carneus reserves the right to accept or decline any order.

4. Amendments & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled before preparation begins
  • Once preparation or dispatch has started, changes are no longer possible

Please note: Changes may affect delivery timing.

5. Payments

We accept:

  • Credit / Debit Card
  • Cash on Delivery (where applicable)

All payments are processed securely. Carneus does not store payment details.

All transactions are in AED (UAE Dirhams).

6. Delivery

  • Delivery timing may vary depending on product type and availability
  • Most orders are delivered same day unless stated otherwise
  • Delivery is handled through trusted partners (e.g., Deliveroo, Talabat, Noon, etc.)

Please ensure your delivery details are correct.
Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Carneus is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product details are accurate. However:

  • Weights may vary slightly due to the nature of fresh meat
  • Product images are for illustration purposes only
  • Garnishes, sides, or serving items are not included unless specified
  • Availability may vary — substitutes may be offered if needed

All Carneus products are Halal and handled with strict quality standards.

8. Food Safety & Handling

You are responsible for:

  • Inspecting your order upon delivery
  • Storing products correctly
  • Following preparation and consumption guidelines

Failure to follow proper handling may affect product quality and safety.

9. Refunds & Quality Policy

Our commitment is simple: if it’s not right, we’ll make it right.

  • Issues must be reported within 6 hours of delivery
  • Valid cases may qualify for replacement or refund
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

10. Limitation of Liability

Carneus is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third-party delivery providers
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery
