We are butchers by trade.
After years working in butcheries across the UAE, we left our jobs to build Carneus. Not because it was the easy choice. Because it was the right one.
02 — Why We Started Small
Opening a butcher's shop the right way requires time and investment. Rather than rush it or compromise on quality we chose to start small and start honest.
For now, we operate as a cloud butchery, putting everything we have into good meat, skilled hands, and honest cuts.
